URGENT: Submit Immunization Records
You need to fax a copy of your shot records to Campus Health (662-915-5292) as soon as possible. It may not be possible for you to sign up for orientation, when registration opens, if you have not completed this step. This is required of all incoming freshmen, and a hold is placed on your account until it is done. We cannot register you for classes or pay out your scholarships beforehand.
