THOMAS R. PICKERING FOREIGN AFFAIRS FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM:
Applications are now being accepted for the U.S. Department of State’s Pickering Fellowship Program to recruit members of minority groups historically underrepresented in the State Department, women, and those with financial need. The Pickering Fellowship includes completion of a two-year master’s degree program and fulfillment of Foreign Service entry requirements. Fellows have the opportunity to work as Foreign Service Officers. Fellows agree to a minimum five-year service commitment in the Department of State’s Foreign Service. DONALD M. PAYNE INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM:
Applications are now being accepted for the U.S. Agency for International Development Payne Fellowship, which provides up to $96,000 in benefits over two years for graduate school, internships, and professional development activities and provides a pathway to USAID Foreign Service. The application can be found at https://www.paynefellows.org/graduate-fellowship-program/ with applications due November 11, 2020.

GILMAN SCHOLARSHIPS:
Applications are now being accepted for the U.S. Department of State’s Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program open to students of limited financial means to study or intern abroad,in summer 2021.  For more information students should go https://gilmanapplication.iie.org/ with applications due October 6, 2020.

CRITICAL LANGUAGE SCHOLARSHIPS:
Applications are now being accepted for the U.S. Department of State’s Critical Language Scholarships for intensive language study abroad in summer 2021.  For more information students should go to https://www.clscholarship.org/apply with applications due November 17, 2020.
