►Final Submission Info (for Spring-Fall 2015 Sequence)
Dear Fall 2015 applicants,
This is a kind reminder that today is the last day to send in your official transcript(s). Please make sure to have this sent to my attention at vhou@americancouncils.org or mailed (postmarked January 8) to the American Councils office. If you have an extenuating circumstance, please email me ASAP.
Also, please keep the following in mind when submitting your application (deadline: Thursday, January 15 at 3pm EST):
- Your application is not complete until you click the submit button. We cannot go back into the system to submit your application for you, so please make sure that you do this on your own.
- The system will shut down promptly at 3pm EST. If you accidentally skipped over certain fields, you will be notified upon clicking submit, so please do not wait until the last minute to submit your application.
- Check the status of your personal references and make sure that all of your personal references have received an email containing a link to the reference form (you can check the status in your application). It is also helpful to remind your recommenders of the deadline, Thursday, January 15 at 3pm EST.
- Pre-program test scheduling is currently in progress. You should hear from your coordinators or the AC office OPI test times very soon. As a reminder, your online reading/listening tests will be conducted on either January 23rd or 24th, depending on which time slot you have chosen.
Please feel free to email me with any questions. Best of luck!

Dear Colleagues,
In preparation for the Security Webinar, American Councils has sent out emails to all Capstone-bound students who will be attending the webinar, asking them to complete a brief mandatory Self-Assessment survey. The results will help us tailor the Security Webinar in order to best address Flagship students’ interests and concerns regarding their Capstone experience.
All students have received a link to the survey and have been notified of the survey deadline, next Friday, March 27th at 12pm EST.
Thank you for your continued support, and please let me know if you have any questions!
