Requesting a UM Transcript

Your official transcript is being created by the UM Study Abroad office and the UM Registrar and will not be available until late September (~9/20). When complete, ONE official transcript will be sent to the address you indicated on your application form.

For additional copies, you have two options:
You can request and pay for additional copies of your official transcript from the UM website (instructions below).
You can access and print UNOFFICIAL copies for free from the UM website (instructions below). Your cadre/school may be able to use the unofficial transcript while they wait for the official one to arrive.

We in UM Project GO can write a letter on UM letterhead that includes your grades and credits received and email you a scanned copy while you wait for the official copy. This is a time-consuming process, so please check to be sure that your cadre/school can accept such a document before requesting it via email (gochinese@olemiss.edu).
To access your transcript (or check its availability) log into my.olemiss.edu with your UM Web ID and password. Your web ID is the prefex to your Ole Miss email account. If you’ve forgotten your password, on the login page, select “Web ID Help/Reset Password” and follow the instructions.
Once you’ve logged in, click on the “Academics” section (top left tile) and then “Request a Transcript” from the list that opens.
IMPORTANT: after clicking “accept” or “continue” on several pages, you should be given the option to download an UNOFFICIAL transcript. If it works and you are able to see your course info and grades on the unofficial copy, then you can consider requesting an official transcript, which will cost you money (~$7).
